What is Insanity Live?

Insanity \Live is a form of HIIT training (high intensity interval training) a great and effective way of working out and burning fat. The class will consist of 2 minutes of exercise then a 30 second rest for 45 minutes. HIIT training is so amazing as you will burn more calories in just 15 minutes then you would do on a hour long steady run. So imagine the calories you will burn by the end of the class!? Anywhere between 400-700 calories.

I know some of you will think that “it will be too hard” and “I’m not strong enough or fit enough” wells top right there! Insanity is designed for everyone and all fitness levels. Each exercise move has a modified version and can be modified as much as possible if needs be. I’ll be there as your instructor helping you every step pf the way. As long as you’re going at your full potential and your max you’re getting a great effective workout.

Endurance & Plyometrics: Challenge yourself with jump training to strengthen your lower body while improving stamina and cardiovascular endurance

Strength & Balance: Use bodyweight resistance and balance training to develop serious strength and stability

Agility & Coordination: Learn to be fast on your feet with agility drills to develop precision and speed
